Rios & Sons Landscaping agrees to provide annual lawn care services in accordance with the selections made in the form below.

Services include:

• Lawn mowing (front and back yard)

• Edging along sidewalks and driveways

• String trimming around fences, beds, and trees

• Blowing of hard surfaces

  Note: An overgrowth fee of $40 will be applied if grass height exceeds 6 inches at the time of service.

Service Schedule:

Services will be rendered based on the frequency and preferences selected in the form, weather permitting. In the event of heavy rain or other delays, services will be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

Add-On Services:

While on site, a technician may offer quotes for additional services such as leaf cleanup, weed control, tree trimming, or other one-time needs. If the quote is approved by the client, the agreed-upon amount will be added to the regular charge for that visit and billed to the card on file

Payment Terms:

An invoice will be issued for the initial visit and is payable upon receipt. After the first visit, all ongoing services will be automatically charged to the card on file. By signing this agreement, the client authorizes Rios & Sons Landscaping to securely store and charge their card for all selected services.
